Same for me. Personally, I wish it would only show a single image preview in the feed anyway so I don’t have to scroll more than a screen length past it

The GitHub about page (below) lists 4 reasons why it’s called Lemmy:
- Lead singer from Motörhead.
- The old school video game.
- The Koopa from Super Mario.
- The furry rodents.
My friend and I got stopped by the police in Cozumel for driving on the wrong road. They threatened to take our IDs, which led to the need to bribe them not to. Not necessarily scary in a “fear for my life” way, but it also delayed us enough that we had to ride a rented moped in the dark for a few miles to get back in time for the ferry.
