I take some of the juice and potatoes and put them in the Vitamix. Blend it for a while and the starch will make it extremely thick and creamy. Then pour it back in with the rest of the soup.
Filling the air pockets with a substance like epoxy resin that bends light to a similar degree to the cell walls renders the wood transparent.
Unfortunately we still need to add plastic to make it strong.

There’s the classic beans and cornbread. I’ve also done cast iron pan pizza, mushroom kebabs, baked potatoes, and a zucchini/chickpea “hash” seasoned with cinnamon and cumin.
You can get them directly from the manufacturer at https://butlerfoods.com/ and likely get them much fresher than at a store. Good if you’re buying in bulk to freeze or vacuum seal.

Am I doing it wrong by just rinsing and throwing them in an instant pot for 30 minutes? I know some beans (red?) require soaking to remove toxins, but I just avoid those out of laziness.

A long time ago I had this album (Napster era), I think it was called "Incubus vs Incubus" where someone had remixed all the songs from Make Yourself with half studio songs and half live and it was great. I lost it years ago and I've not seen it since.
