You can do trade only with contacts. If you don't know someone it's hard to trade.

This is a tried and failed strategy. We had got it for a reading in evolutionary bio.

It's just like an evolutionary arms race😋

I'm proud of you for stepping up when you could. It's sad though that we still need to dispell it. In school it felt synonymous with shame.

They're using GPL in that repo? Is that only partially?

How is the camera performance?

Afaik, unless lemmy.ml had patched the vulnerability like the lemmy.world folks, the instance is susceptible to the vulnerability.

Grrr... I guess I need to work on formatting. Let's try this again

  • 1984 by George Orwell
  • Catch-22 Joseph Heller
  • Dune by Frank Herbert
  • East of Eden by John Steinbeck
  • Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman
  • Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson

LESS NOTABLE:

You can use the markdown list feature.

Well nothing is stoping you from doing both. It's not an issue to get another relay email.

Fennec, Termux, NewPipe, LiberaReader, NeoStore

I have been facing the annoying issue of touchpad presses while typing since my last reinstallation. I had never faced a similar situation before (or I never noticed). The disable-while-typing gnome dconf was set to false. The issue was apparently with libinput not recognizing my touchpad as internal. Thankfully, that can be fixed with a quirk file. This askubuntu answer further clarified on how to write the quirk.

On the side note, I figured out how to disable the touchpad while I am using an external mouse.

gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.peripherals.touchpad send-events disabled-on-external-mouse

Although it sucks that this is not something I can just use the settings GUI for, I am glad I could figure it out before I lost my mind! ;)
