Because the current Israeli government hasn't wanted to get rid of Hamas. They've been using Hamas to weaken the more moderate Palestinian Authority. https://www.timesofisrael.com/for-years-netanyahu-propped-up-hamas-now-its-blown-up-in-our-faces/

The subtitle of the article literally says some countries are exempt and in the article the author said they are waiting for confirmation that the EU is exempt.

Yes, I cancelled Netflix and Max this month. I'll probably cancel Paramount+ once I'm done rewatching Star Trek. That will leave me with Hulu with ads and I only have it because it's part of my Spotify subscription.

Republicans helped the couriers prevent USPS from competing. The 2006 law they passed mandated that USPS had to pre-cover healthcare and retirements for the next 75 years, which no other organization does, and has put USPS in financial trouble.

Yes, as an American that prefers to drive small cars I feel like driving is no longer safe. I can't see past any of the tank sized cars that make up 75% of the vehicles on the road and I know, from experience, how destructive getting hit by one of those vehicles can be. I'm down to driving 1-2 times per month and I'm terrified every time I get behind the wheel. The only reason I keep a car is to visit family that lives about 130km away since the Republicans in my area have killed every train project between my hometown and my parents' town.

The plan would decrease my payments by about $20/mo and would increase the total amount I would pay. Doesn't seem like it saves me anything. I'm better off continuing to pay my previous minimum payment and pay the loans off early.

I wish they would eliminate/lower the interest rate.
