On mobile I have my default browser set to Firefox Focus, which blocks trackers and automatically deletes browsing data when you close the app.

I'm on Jerboa now, but the lemmy mobile website is pretty good. I prefer the mobile website to some of the other apps I've tried

Sounds about right, though I'm not sure if I agree with the direct comparison of calories. Milk probably isn't going to be a major source of a person's calories (at least it wasn't a major source of calories for me before I went vegan), and it seems unlikely that someone will drink 4 cups of almond milk to replace each cup of dairy milk they would have drank in order to maintain the same calorie intake from milk. Comparing by volume produced makes more sense to me, since someone switching milks seems more likely to use them as a 1 to 1 replacement volume wise, e.g. someone adding 1 cup of almond milk to cereal vs. adding 1 cup of dairy to cereal.

The chart says those values are what it takes to produce one liter of each milk.

Not being able to collapse comments is why I ended up on Lemmy instead of of Kbin

I take the Deva multivitamins every few days. They're supposed to be daily, but I forget lol

You'll have to ask the people who started calling them milks hundreds of years ago.

There are plenty of plant sources of Omega 3. Flax seeds, walnuts, soybeans, and canola oil all have decent amounts of omega 3 in them. As for protein, legumes generally have a bunch.

Really, the only thing a vegan needs to supplement is B12, but even that gets added to a bunch of stuff like breakfast cereals and plant milks if you consume those.

Part of the issue of post age is the sorting. The default seems to be "active," which shows older posts. Sorting by top 6 hours or top 12 hours shows more recent posts

I think it still works if you are a mod or modded a sub at some point. My main account where I once created a sub before promptly deleting it a few years ago still works, while my alt account no longer works.
