This reeks of him scaling back infrastructure to reduce costs, gets overloaded, and the C-level talent remainings best idea to prop it up is rate limiting.

What is everyone using for their Hurricane builds, AOE, Direct Damage, rapid fire, crowd control?

The setup I have now, 2-2-2-2-3 + Rocket Barrage, used to get a lot of ordinance into a Dreadnought ASAP, but it feels like the speed doesn't overcome the reduction in damage.
