Electric cars, if you're going to have a car, do help with this. You just leave the air conditioning on.

If you are asking for the input of someone who loves big tits then the answer is probably about 1000cc. Depends on your overall height and chest measurement. Up to 2000cc looks pretty great. Of course this wouldn't be right away. Gotta work up to it.
