This is so strange to me that I had to run it through a few AI detector sites and they all seem to have a high human probability somehow. No idea how accurate those sites are though. Perhaps it is a real image, but ran through a bad AI upscaler? Or maybe OP could have taken this picture using a phone that has AI upscaling automatically applied to their photos like the Google pixel for example.
I can't be the only one who simply wants the physics and damage like they had in GTA IV. I feel like GTAV was a real big step down in terms of the driving. Just wasn't as satisfying to me.
If that means the cars drive like they're glued to the ground like in GTAV, yeah I'll be disappointed.

What they don't realize is people are also using those third party apps because they are offering much more customization than the stock YouTube app ever offers. I had free premium and still used Revanced because it's such a godsend. There's so much useless crap in the youtube layout.
