It's the feelings of doom and feeling not being able to do anything to positively change how we live that is harmful.

We all need reminding , me included, that we so have agency, that we can do things to change our personal lives and help change our society and environment too.

it won't be easy and it won't be perfect and it won't be much but it is something

first thing is to stop thinking we can do nothing, next is see what we want done, and then stop fighting and start fining things to agree on and to work on together.

but no fighting, we need tolerance of imperfection to work together

How sad too bad. The clergy did not care where they abused their victims, abusing victims in churches, in schools, in homes. The victims had no choice.

If protests make the church look bad then good.

There have already been two ceasefires, Hamas broke both of them.

Hamas broke the first ceasefire on Oct 7 by sending over 6000 fighters into Israel.

So how will the ceasefire be enforced?

How will the UN ensure Hamas returns all the hostages?

maybe people tried to put themselves in the place of the victim but couldn't because the target was a heartless psychopath that has caused the deaths of many thousands by denying healthcare

While we were suffering the horrendous fires in Jan 2020 China sent government gangs to Australia to buy all our Personal protection and medications . They were buying it because they knew that Covid was out of control before they even told the rest of the world.

And China was one of the only countries that didn't give any help or aid at all regarding the bushfire tragedies. Even tiny poor Pacific island countries helped us.
