Sucrose Hu Tao?
Being that he talks about releasing his own original album of compositions soon, seems like he wants to do some work on his own with more freedom. Totally understandable for an artist.
One thing I think is important to mention, is that Yu-Peng Chen has not been alone in composing for the game since Inazuma’s soundtracks, with many other composers writing many of the tracks as well. Yu-Peng continued to write most of the main motifs and biggest tracks, however. I’m not really worried about the quality of the music going forward myself, as the others have also written some great tracks and motifs. The reoccurring motif in “The Caress of Three Mothers” in the Vourukasha Oasis is one of my favorite recent ones, composed by Yijun Jiang.
Given his comment about Fontaine, and with him composing less and less tracks with each update, he might not have been involved with Fontaine’s music. Personally, I’ve loved Fontaines score so far, and am looking forward to what the other composers bring to the table.
That being said, his work on the game cannot be understated, and his scores for the series have been nothing less of iconic. Will really miss hearing his new themes for areas.
If anyone else is interested about a composer / arranger breakdown for music in the series, the Fandom wiki has full credits for all the released tracks. Album List Here!
If you don’t get the reference, it’s calling back to this scene from Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Bring booze and Diona and you should have no issue taking him down

Possibly? Just seems odd that they didn’t mention anything about it in the special program if it’s something game-related.
Yep, even better than that! If you start touching the screen, it will just instantly swap to touch controls, and then swap back as soon as you use the controller again. It’s really smooth and well done in that aspect!
The character design and animation looks wonderful and fun. Really makes it feel like the “next generation” of 2D Mario. A huge improvement over the NSMB style which they have reused for far too long now.
Plus, the game itself just looks extra wacky and off the wall, and looks super fun because of it. Tons of new ideas were shown too, making really seem like how Odyssey was for 3D Mario. Really looking forward to seeing more!
Love the new version, keep up the great work, all!
Just casually dropping super-well-produced recruitment videos for a fictional interastral company now lol
