Not doing more than what you're paid for was a great lesson to learn early in my working life, good on her for knowing her worth.

When after lockdown they forced us back into the office after we showed we could do all the work perfectly from home. To top it off they hired 2 sales people for remote work.

Man is it wild to see the change of heart people have had. From all out support of LJ and sync saying they'll pay w.e is needed to now actually needing to pay what is needed and shitting on it.

Never stop dating your partner. Time will pass you'll get complacent and fall into a routine. It happens and that's fine but Be aware of it and break the cycle, buy them a random gift, take them somewhere nice where you both get dressed up, leave them little notes around the house, do something they've been asking you to do but you keep forgetting or putting off. A relationship is work, so put the work in.
