For me, cooking at home is less about finding the time and more about decision fatigue. I still fail at this a lot, but on the days I’m successful it’s because I planned ahead of time what I’d be cooking for dinner. That way when dinner comes around it doesn’t require thought, just a bit of chopping.

TurboGraphx-16. Keith courage. I mostly remember arguing with my brother about whose turn it is lol One controller. How did we ever survive?!

For me, it’s 100% about positive self talk and mini goals. Instead of trying to motivate myself to run 5 miles, it’s one 100ft section at a time. Fix a goal I can see, then run there and give myself a mental high five for getting there. Then do it again one more time. And then one more time and on and on til I get to the end.

Favorites are like a nod but not visible beyond the conversation. Boosts make the post available to every one in your timeline. So if you think it’s fun, funny or worth other peoples time you should boost. I usually reserve favoriting for comments on posts I’ve already boosted.

I’d be more concerned about the older cat passing something to the younger cat. But if the older one is up to date on shots, indoor only and not FIV positive, the risk is minimal.
