Honestly it looks like he squirted heat sink goo all over the place (you're supposed to put it between the cpu and heat sink to let the heat transfer more efficiently). Why he liberally applied it to his hand like jergens and sent you a pick i couldn't say. But I would wipe the machine down real well when you get it back ๐คฃ
