I would think the Muslim world would be getting more interested in climate discussions with temps during Hajj being lethal (1200 deaths this year alone)

The article's pretty optimistic. It's predicting a move away from "reducing emissions" messaging to "ending fossil fuels" next year. It thinks that's going to be more effective, and I hope so but I don't see a reason why it will be.
