Ich hab mir viel zu früh im Leben Kurz reingezogen und find viele wertkritische Positionen weiterhin gut (aber nicht.. unkritisch :D ernsthafter: der Psychoanalysekram nervt gehörig, aber das hat man halt vom Hintergrund der Personalien..). Aber als Stilvorlage.. Eher nicht so mehr.

Agreed - its popularity actively set back our collective understanding of the mind.

Maybe his stuff on eel genitals was better but in psychology.. no, neither rigor nor methodology are things I'd attest him. Nor getting things meaningfully right despite this.
