I'd love to, but I'm using a Samsung freestyle 2 projector, and from what I've researched, it doesnt let me install random apks ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Bad decision on my part, but I thought a projector would be cool haha

Absurd to pay so much just to remove ads only for smart TVs. There are easy ways to block ads on phones and computers.

Maybe you need to learn martial arts

Looks like a major loophole to me haha

And pay a shop to do it? Do you realistically think the average person is gonna be willing to do that? I think it's more likely they'll complain to the phone company about their bricked phone.

I also don't know enough, but is a bricked phone "fixable"? If it is, the person could do it themselves. But that's just one example. Other examples include installing unsafe OSes because social media said so. I don't think the average person is tech savvy enough to give them this kind of freedom.

You're not wrong, but users should then be held accountable if they fuck up their device. For example, if you decide to force companies to allow unlocking of bootloaders, and the user decides to flash something that they shouldn't, and the device bricks, whose fault is it?

You're not wrong. But voting with your wallet has a much bigger effect, I'd say.

Then if they're gonna whine about it, but pay anyway, they're basically saying the company can do whatever they like and they (the players) will just suck it up. So what's the use of whining then?

It's just RuneScape. Don't like it? Quit. Vote with your wallet.

And so, just give up? Well, you give up if you want. I'm gonna keep learning.

Are those people stuck into doing crane work? It's not really my fault if you can't expand your horizons

Well, we shall see, won't we? If you're not gonna upgrade yourself and learn new skills, then maybe you deserve to be left behind.

If you get, say, depressed because of your life being constant shit, how will going to a mental institution help? How does therapy help?

It's not like therapy is going to solve the problems you face in life, like lack of money, friends, bad job, etc? I guess I'm asking what is the purpose of therapy and mental institutions?

Hi everyone, I'm extremely new to 3d printing, and have taken over a printer from a friend who doesn't use his. I'm trying to get those smooth prints I see people having, and I understand I need to get a smaller layer height to achieve the details. However my stuff keeps coming out looking like the pictures below.

Any idea what's going on and how I can start fixing it?

I'm printing PLA filament.

  • Nozzle temp: 215
  • bed temp:70
  • nozzle size: 0.3mm
  • Layer height: 0.1mm

Thank you!

Unfortunately I can't remember my settings. :(
