That's a political bomb though. This accomplishes the same end goal and is a strong enough warning to prevent similar markets popping up in the future

It is illegal under federal law to fire workers for striking. Mass layoffs like this were likely already something they were planning and they're just using the strike as an excuse to make it seem less like it's just the naked corporate greed that it really is.

Consumers ARE working class people, you know that, right? Unions improve conditions across the board for working class people by creating competitive pressure to increase wages and improve working conditions. Unions are good for consumers.

Feminism does not exclude men.

The media like to talk about how you now have sex at 11

What?

Now men are completely helpless.

WHAT?

How can you think so poorly of men, to believe their only purpose in life is finding a sex partner, and blame feminism for anything? Maybe learn to respect yourself and realize that you have value and things to contribute to this world that don't have anything to do with romantic relationships.

You're repeating the propaganda that Osama bin Laden was somehow connected to Iraq. Why would Iraq have factored into his calculations at all? Bin Laden wanted the US military out of Saudi Arabia and the fall of the Saudi royal family who he saw as traitors to Islam. He also thought terrorist attacks would unite Muslims from different countries and cultures against "the west," which of course was a pipe dream. But he had no particular reason to expect reprisal against Iraq for 9/11 because Iraq had not one fucking thing to do with it. That war was 100% lies.

I get that this post isn't reaching the intended audience here. But y'all gotta remember that the people who vote for Trump listen to celebrities like DeNiro. I'll accept fighting one celebrity with another in this particular instance. Especially when he's willing to use strong language like "evil" "no morals" "pretends to be a tough guy" and equates Trump's handling of the pandemic to the way an abusive father handles a household.

The number of physicists who believe in god would directly contradict that statement, yes.

Edit:

"Only 38 percent of natural scientists -- people in disciplines like physics, chemistry and biology -- said they do not believe in God. Only 31 percent of the social scientists do not believe."

Hey, did you know you can learn your way out of the soap gene response? I have the soap gene and hated cilantro when I first tasted it, but I love it now. Just had to retrain my brain. (Owning a Mexican restaurant for a couple of years forced my hand in this endeavor lol.)

And to continue to refute the "Ukrainian Nazi Regime" propaganda being shoveled in Russia

Meanwhile they demonetized videos from Veritasium and Rose Anvil because they had the audacity to post factual history lessons about World War II.
