Taking into account the time investment, (I’ll use federal minimum wage even though your time is worth a whole lot more than that) this wouldn’t be much more expensive than a well-painted kraken mini.

The average peasant (so all of us) has 4hp. A lucky d4 roll can instantly kill a peasant in game. An unlucky d4 roll (i.e. going off the table) can instantly kill a peasant (D&D player) irl.

Blue: loves documentaries and sci-if. NOVA: At the Edge of Space is their favorite movie.

Green: Leverage, Andor, more character-focused shows like that.

White: The Great British Baking Show, Master Chef.

Black: Game of Thrones, The Boys, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia; made them watch Velma.
