Instru'ist' enhavis viran sencon; sed nun tio enhavas ĝeneralseksan sencon.

Simply:

• Patr'in'o: for female parent
• Vir'patr'o: for male parent
• Vir'patr'in'o: for intersex parent

Instru'ist' used to have a male sense; but now it has a unsexed sense.

Some of The U.S fan base generalize(d) russians as if they're like this.
