To anyone that follows me here on kbin: I've moved to a combination of lemmy and mastodon.

You know how one of the common symptoms of fascism is that they will describe their enemies as both weak and strong.
What would you call someone that describes themselves as both weak and strong?

For example "vote for me and I can definitely protect reproductive rights but actually bureaucracy prevents me from stopping the people trying to knock down reproductive rights."

It's a circlejerk now isn't it? Not just because it is filled with nazis but if you are not logged in you can't search, you can't see full threads and you can't view tweets in date posted order. People with no twitter account cannot interact with it in full so unless you want to market to nazis what reason is there to continue operations there?

The way AI advertisers constantly call others not on board Luddites reminds me of what somebody said on badly written magic systems in fiction. It was something like they focus more on making the most complex system rather than actually asking if it will add to the story. Then when the story fails to reach an audience these authors confuse the apathy with real life anti-intellectualism.

I read that in 2012 a bunch of authors (names included Anne Rice, Kiera Cass and Carroll Bryant) made this website called Stop the Goodreads Bullies, a harassment site disguised as an anti-bullying campaign. Goodreads failure to protect its users/ bowing down to them by changing its policy to say that reviews about author's behaviour was off-topic caused people to migrate to booklikes. Were you part of that migration?

Sorry for being late. Aside from the obvious/ Hanako Games titles Royal Alchemist is an otome visual novel where you play as a tutor for three princes after the king gets assassinated. You have to raise both the princes' stats as well as your own.
