Hi there, when do you guys think Nintendo will release the full official soundtrack for Tears of the Kingdom? I can’t wait to listen to it, the music is another level.

There is a Fan Edition at https://www.zeldadungeon.net/wiki/The_Legend_of_Zelda:_Tears_of_the_Kingdom_Original_Soundtrack though

Edit: the version I was looking for is right here: https://downloads.khinsider.com/game-soundtracks/album/the-legend-of-zelda-tears-of-the-kingdom-o.s.t-switch-gamerip-2023 (thx to sharpiemarker)

If you're lucky, they might sell some ultra limited CD to some Zelda anniversary, but honestly, I doubt we'll be ever able to legally stream/listen to the TotK Soundtrack in the next 20 years.

If you wanted to listen to Dragon Roost Island right now, what would you do? Maybe Smash Bros music player functionality. But Shadow Temple from OoT? Ikana Castle from MM? Gohdan from WW?

Nintendo is super behind the times when it comes to releasing soundtracks. Best bet is ro download/convert it from YouTube or SoundCloud and then just play the local files with a music player of your choice.

I advise using soulseek. Get the files for yourself to keep offline and have them shareable for others as well. Someone got the Mario 3d world soundtrack from me over the weekend via soulseek and I was happy I was sharing it.

You can listen to it right now on YouTube.
