As a heads up: I went looking for Black Hole on fdroid after seeing this comment, and couldn't find it. Looks both the fdroid and github were nuked.

Oh, I thought it was for offline files since it has the "Folders" tab.

I use local files, btw.

oh no it's offline, I also normally use local files all the songs here are downloaded. Just this app is able to see my local files too. I normally use an offline music client.
