Kbin supports federating with both Lemmy (magazines) and Mastodon (microblogs), so just moving your account to Kbin and using their front end would be an option. I'm not sure if Lemmy plans to support pulling in Mastodon content long term

This is what I did. Just use kbin and turned the webpage into an app.
I hope they do.
This is part of the reason why I chose kbin- It should have the most potential content to federate with.
You can browse lemmy from Kbin and viceversa. You can browse both lemmy and Kbin from Mastodon, but don't get access to upvotes or post ordering.
Right now you'd only need a mastodon and a lemmy/kbin account to have the full experience. Thus two, but not three accounts.
With Mastodon you can follow Lemmy communities causing posts and comments to show up in your feed. You can create a Mastodon List with Lemmy communities for a filtered view.
I have done this. I follow fediverse on mastodon and I get posts from various fedi instances.
However, it is quite clunked. Basically it seems to me like a bunch of random posts
