Looking on the product pages for the 3M WorkTunes Connect and Pro-Protect, I see a lot of complaints of these earmuff headphones failing permanently. The most common modes of failure seem to be (in the case of the WorkTunes Connect) the USB charging port failing permanently or (in either) the Bluetooth pairing function failing. Has anyone else had issues like these? I recently had a Pro-Protect fail to pair (unpairing and resetting devices doesn't solve the issue) and wanted to see if other people had similar experiences. When I contacted customer service, they said they heard about this problem every day.
