You can see one in the Netflix series "Invisible city", plus another couple dozen Brazilian folklore demons. Highly recommendable btw

How about basically the same thing, but it's a naked kid smoking a cigar? Watch out! He's got second hand smoke!

Much better! The weirder the folklore demon the better. Tho It's still a far cry from south east Asia folklore. The Penanggalan is one of my favorites.
