Does anyone know of a website that recommends music based off a chosen song, that is also open source?

I'm sure I had one bookmarked but I can't seem to find it.

Cheers

There's Listenbrainz, but it's more artist based.

RIP Audiogalaxy the best music sharing/discovery service ever.

Deej-Ai is pretty cool. It uses a model based on scraped Spotify data and can automatically generate playlists. https://deej-ai.online

This sounds like you're referring to scrobbling. ~~Try https://last.fm~~

Edit: last.mf is closed source. It sounds like ListenBrainz or LibreFM is the foss option

There's ListenBrainz, the open MusicBrainz version of last.fm

Open source version of lastfm is librefm AFAIK, unless it was rebranded to music brainz or something.

However I never tried librefm and don't know if it has anything like recommendations system.

Ack librefm completely slipped my mind

AFAIK they're two separate projects for the same/similar goal. I know ListenBrainz has a recommendation system, but it might still be in it's early days
