Anyone have experience with this MagicMirror module? I can't get it to talk to HomeAssistant. I realize this may be something to post on MM which I have, just trying both paths as the thread I found was 2 years since the last post.

I haven't used that module, but I've fixed some problems in the past by running npm install in the module's folder, then either rebooting or restarting the MM software.

I don't know whether it's the mirror or the module that causes the problem, but that can help

Sure, I did try npm I stall after cloning to the modules folder per the installation instructions. I did get an error when doing so, which is probably something to post over on the MM forums. I think it has to do with the module not supporting newer versions of something.

I'm really not experienced with raspberry pi but I can copy paste instructions and codes as requested lol.

How long ago did you pull the module? I see dependency updates March 16

It was only a few days ago but I did however get it working. I had an error on npm start that sam in the MM discord helped me solve and then my other problem with it not showing the module was due to me putting "middle-right" when then is not an option. Fixing those two things now makes it work. Thank you for replying!
