The screen shot is of an AI bot, telling the user (person who posted this on reddit) what it thinks of him.
The reason why the chatbot starts repeating itself towards the end is because of the Conversation dynamism setting.
Dynamism controls how stable or dynamic the Kindroid is in conversation and phone calls. (Yes you can call it on the phone. I tried it. It's pretty impressive)
A lower value conversation dynamism, makes the conversation stable, but will give shorter, more predictable, or boring responses.
A higher value will make responses somewhat more verbose, and with more initiative, at the risk of being less coherent, and not adhering to context details.
