v2.6 is adding some things that make the speedrun a bit slower, so I think this is a good time for me.

• semi-automatic augs such as power recirculator and ballistic protection - don't really affect the speedrun
• increased combat difficulty across the board to compensate for the semi-automatic augs - slows down the speedrun
• randomized the locations of both computers in NSF HQ - slows down the speedrun

I'm still aiming for sub 2 hours!
