Right-hander Seth Lugo and the Royals are finalizing a three-year, $45 million contract to bring the 34-year-old curveball specialist to Kansas City, sources told MLB.com's Anne Rogers and Mark Feinsand on Tuesday. And the club isn't stopping there, also finalizing a deal with right-handed reliever Chris Stratton for one year worth $3.5 million, along with a $4.5 million player option in 2025, a source told MLB.com.
