Investigators also found that “complacency” related to the F-35′s Autonomic Logistics Information System, or ALIS, is partly to blame. “The substantial number of checklists and difficulty in accessing the correct ones causes complacency when users reference the required maintenance procedures,” the report noted.

I think it's interesting that the root issue is pointed out here. I have no doubt nothing will be improved as a result of this report because by the time it gets to the people who maintain the checklist, ultimately the checklist will just have more things to check.
