Is it possible to make consisting characters across several images. Like, for instance, I create one character I really like, but I want to make several images with her in it.

As in a character for synthetic film making across several scenes and shots. So far, I have only seen stunning films, but only with different characters shot by shot. Exception is the Kanye/Ghandi spot, but this is obviously trained on famous persons.
