In Cities: Skylines 2, I just learned that the demand suggestor for which distructs your city wants should basically be ignored. I had a city where less than 1/3 of all jobs were filled, and it was telling me to build a TON more job buildings.

You can click on the indicators and it will tell you with "+" and "-" why the game wants you to build a certain zoning type. It's not just what is needed like in CS1, it depends on various things.

Yeah I've noticed this. I only ever get low density residential demand but if I ignore it, high density will slowly get built. It's a bit annoying though
