Attacking the Blender foundation is honestly a new low. There is no "lulz" and nothing to gain

Approved Bots
This is most likely a demo from someone selling access to their botnet.
At least ddos some subsidieray from facebook or something that has not a lot of attention than a FOSS app :(
Honesty, it might help Blender. More press covering a FOSS app and you have to know about something to try it out.
Fair point. Poor sysadmins trying to get the infrastructure back (assuming they have actually dedicated tech staff)
I know. It's just rude.
Absolutely batshit to attack a piece of free and open source software that everybody loves. I guess they must have struggled with the donut tutorial.
Hey man, making a teapot almost broke me they had this coming
Dick move. Like tearing down a missing animal poster.
Of all thinks, why the fuck attack Blender!?
What, is Autodesk pissed at them for making an industry grade tool for free? I mean... I can't think of any reason why there'd be a motivation to attack Blender.
My first thought when reading this was that some private company is paying blackhats to do their dirty work.
Yay let’s give the attackers press coverage. They’re slapping each other on the back saying “Look! We made The Verge!”
I mean The Verge will report on literally anything these days.. the bar isn't exactly high.
Idiots with nothing better to do
Probably Adobe.... /s
