Assuming you can't afford to hire artists at the moment, consider Artstation. That way you can at least track which artists you're borrowing from and learn whose styles you prefer.

Yeah, that'll happen. That, The Dungeon Alphabet, and Return of the Lazy Dungeon Master are pretty much all you need.
