Yeah happened to me as well. Got banned for openly criticizing Chinas form of government. Winnie Pooh doesn‘t like that.

Like, do you think that Kent state happening means Tiananmen didn't happen or wasn't actually bad because people on the other side of the world also did bad things, or what the hell was your point with this exactly? It's a diversion tactic

Basically the person you replied to was attempting to divert attention away from the topic at hand because they have no defense for the actions described

In short: "Bad thing happened over there what about that huh? How can you criticize X over here if Y happened over there?"
