Noob question, It is possible to use maps service on complete degoogle phone without using any of google thing like MicroG? Currently my maps service is broken and I don't know which system app missing to make a map service usable.

I guess I'm missing something like "maps provider"-system app.

Try Osmand or Organic Maps. Both available from F-droid. Magic Earth is an option if you're using Aurora Store or downloading APKs.

Magic earth is really good for free navigation. Osmand is better if you hike and/or need bicycle paths and so on.

I'v been using it (ME) as my main navigation tool for the last two years, as it comes preinstalled on /e/os. it's verry efficient and user friendly indeed !

I have a degoogled phone that runs the google maps app just fine if I want it. Otherwise yeah as other people said, Organic Maps is good.
