Am I missing something here but doesn't every game have (exclusive) full screen option? It's usually borderless windowed is sometimes not an option which is best for when you DO want to move over to another screen. Otherwise you are locked to one screen.

Most games do have exclusive fullscreen which doesn't suffer from this problem most of the time, but depending on how the game handles alt-tabbing and such, it might not be an ideal solution
Dave The Diver has this problem currently and as someone with alot of desktop space in the form of 8K and 4K side this is a useful tool
