Buncha what?
sorry...couldn't resist...
I absolutely love pho, but when I went to Vietnam I ate Bun Cha constantly. Soooo good.
Same! I almost always order Bun cha over pho now!
Ditto!
The pov window, dog and dish shot immediately made me think this was from a Kenji vid. Looks great!
Wow thanks! Love his vids and articles.
Looks great. Any chance of a recipe?
I kind of eyeballed it all, but it was ground pork, finely minced lemon grass, a bit of brown sugar, finely diced shallot, minced garlic, and a little fish sauce. The nuoc cham was water, fish sauce, sugar, like juice, and Thai chiles. All served on top of rice noodles with herbs and sliced cucumber on the side. I didn't end up making the pickled veggies.
Thanks!
Looks amazing, love the herby cucumber salad too!
That looks dang delicious!
Beautiful dish, and beautiful dog!
Thank you! She also says thank you.
Where’s the sauce?
I had a bowl of nuoc cham on the side. I could drink that stuff.
The look on doggo's face 🤣🤣
You missed fish sauce. Tis food have to be consumed with a lot of fish sauce
There's some fish sauce in the meatballs, and I had nuoc cham on the side. Plenty of fish sauce!
