If you speak German, you should Google "Kentucky schreit ficken". It was a sketch format of Germany's SNL equivalent, set in a KFC. Everybody would talk exactly like in your meme, with the initial letters switched. But they chose the dialog in such a way that the changed words still have a real meaning, often sexual one.
For example: Kentucky Fried Chicken, just with the Ch And F of Fried and Chicken switched: Kentucky Chried Ficken. But in German, this sounds exactly like "Kentucky screams fucking", giving the sketch its (German) title.
