TIL about FEX-Emu. This looks absolutely incredible! x86 emulation on Arm64 with this level of performance so early on seems like an absolute game changer.

Can anyone tell me why literally every time a new emulator drops, sonic mania is one of the first games that runs on it?

Is it easy to emulate?

Is it easy to emulate?

Yes, it uses a simple 2D engine that was originally used for enhanced ports of the original genesis/mega-drive games.
