Consumerist fallacy, maybe. It's very closely related to "If you don't like (product that does systemic harm) don't buy (product that does systemic harm), simple" thought terminating cliches.

It demands that an individual bear the sole responsibility for something much larger than any single individual's contribution or ability to change something.

I think it is a non squtor. Which I think is the category of most statements where the correct response is simply ppb
