Op, you should know that you can unplug the psvr2 earbuds from the device. They aren't hard wired in, it just plugs in via a 3.5mm connector
This also means you can use any wired earbuds, I use my nicer ones for better sound quality

I think the best and cheapest bet is to use a different 3.5mm pair since that's all the PSVR2 buds are. I have the same problem with silicone tipped earbuds in general. They just don't stay put. That's why I prefer over the ear personally.
You could use the ear clips you linked if you cut a slit in one side of the sleeve then zip tie or glue them in place.
