Wtf?! It's worldwide?!

I set an appointment to talk to my doctor about switching to generic Vyvanse since I can't get my 20mg instant release Adderall reliably anymore, looks like I'm fucked on that as well.

Yes, but each time I switched, the new med was out also. I went without for 2 months until suddenly my original script was available again.
For now...
Is there a reason you'd opt away from XR? I've found most XRs are tuned to about twelve hours which is pretty doable.
I figured staying with dexamphetamine would give me the most similar effects.
Seeing how it was such a positive effect, I was nervous to try something completely different.
I'll just have to set reminders to re-up my dose throughout my day.
Worldwide? That's crazy. I had to switch to generic Ritalin for a while but I'm able to get generic XR Adderall again as of a month ago.
No issue getting my ritalin.
I've had luck at big box store pharmacies (Kroger, Albertsons/Safeway) getting name brand Vyvanse, generic Vyvanse, and generic Adderall without issue here in the PNW. But, yes, some places like Walgreens or CVS seem to struggle.
Currently on Vyvanse, now generic, with generic Adderall as midday booster. Luckily I've been okay so far, but I'm susceptible. I've tried many different medications and this combination works the best without ruining my personality. I'm not sure what's going on with the shortages, but I really hope that shit gets under control. Both for my own security, and for everyone else affected or potentially affected by the shortages.
No issues with atomoxetine.
