Performing Nazi salutes has been illegal in Germany and Austria since the end of World War II and is punishable by law with prison time.

It should be evident by now that there are a ton of people who still hold nazi ideals, all over the world.

Erika isn't a Nazi song, its a marching song. And the people are idiots that probably had a beer too much, wich makes them incapable of guilt by law.
