Definitely NOT Fruit Stripe. Holy fuck that shit lost flavor within 3 chomps.

I was disappointed in Bazooka Joe a few years ago. I used to love getting it and reading the comics as a kid and my dad telling me about his own nostalgia.
Two chews in and the flavor was gone. I’m not even exaggerating on that.
All the upvotes I assume are from people who are equally as lost as us.
I got sour mentos gum recently and it was good for like... a little bit.
I don't know why, but literally zero brands seem to be able to make cinnamon flavor last. For mint flavors, Extra seems to be incredibly long lasting imo. But they can't get the damn cinnamon right either. Why can no one get long lasting cinnamon???
I typically chew a single stick of Extra mint for over an hour and have frequently chewed one single stick for closer to four. No exaggeration! Not very minty or chewy at that point tho.
Trident, the green or blue ones.
Shit lasts forever.
I think Trident has more than one flavor that is green, and possibly more than one that is blue

Guessing you were referring to spearmint and peppermint?
...yeah I tried the watermelon and it wasn't as good.

Do you prefer radial or bias-ply?
I'm a traditionalist, so bias. I just never got a round to radials.
I remember 5 and Stride roughly appearing on shelves at the same time. Stride always advertised as being long lasting, while 5 had those weird "sensation" ads.
5 was, and continues to be, the longest lasting gum I've ever had. Sometimes I am tired of chewing the shit and it still has flavor.
Meanwhile Stride barely lasts longer the Zebra Stripe and Zebra Stripe has always had the least lasting flavor of any gum I can remember.
My advise, stay away from long lasting candies like jaw breakers on a regular basis, the slow trickle of sugar all day will wreck havok on your teeth.
That being said, I find Extra or Five gum lasts quite long.
Can't say any of them last, but Teaberry was always a brand I liked.
Hi Chews.
