I've been trying out Element X and it is a very nice looking app. They forgot to mention one missing feature in the blog post though. @-mentions.

This is a very basic feature and it's still missing.

But otherwise I really like the client. Now I just hope they will bring a similar experience to the desktop client soon.

Element fixed up @ mentions on iOS a few months ago. They don't work in Element X yet?

They work fine in the regular Element client. But not in Element X (at least on Android).
