Aside from the meme, what is the story about this photo? Is it the last photo of the family home before they evacuate? Then why is she smiling? What is going on?

Saw a video about that the other day. I think the guy is the one who took the photo of the mischievously smiling girl in front of a burning house. And I guess the kid in this picture is her sibling.

It was a firefighting practice. Someone in the neighbourhood donated their house. So it really was a fun family event.
