The band is called human extinction or something real edgy and antinatalist. The music video won several awards and got several death threats for how provocative it was. I know for a fact this exists because I remember seeing this on early YouTube back in the day. Couldn’t find it with a google search so obviously it’s been scrubbed out of the spotlight for obvious reasons.

My Google and DuckDuckGo searches turned up nothing. I even revisited the ghost of edgelords past, ED, but still no dice. I did find a different (and pretty delightful) music video on ED which you may find interesting, so I didn't wade into nuclear waste for nothing:
