9. No link shorteners.

10. Don't copy entire article in your post body

That's not really how that works for the military. You can be separated for "convenience of the government".

Stopping hiring is probably legal, as he is allowed to order the executive branch to do whatever with hiring practices. Firing currently serving people might be a different story, I'm not too sure there.
